01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", "your") and bat555 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bat555 website, mobile interface and all associated services located at bat555.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using the bat555 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies and guidelines published on the platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the bat555 platform. bat555 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bat555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. bat555 does not permit minors to register, deposit or participate in any betting or gaming activity under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being) and not a corporate entity, trust or other legal person.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, to the extent that accessing the platform would constitute a criminal offence.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are unsure, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of any employee, contractor, director or officer of bat555 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee for any third party.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility criteria are satisfied. bat555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

04 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the bat555 platform. Opening duplicate, secondary or linked accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and residential address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is prohibited and may result in account termination.

You are responsible for creating a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. You must not share your password with any third party. bat555 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

bat555 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

bat555 operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with standard online gaming compliance requirements. You may be required to submit KYC documentation at any point, including prior to processing a withdrawal, following a deposit of specified amounts, upon a change of registered details, or at the operator's discretion.

5.1 Acceptable KYC Documents

Acceptable documents for identity verification may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., national identity card, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., bank statement confirming account ownership)
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by the operator's compliance team

5.2 Verification Timelines

bat555 will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated period may result in Account suspension.

06 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your bat555 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the operator and made available in the platform's live cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may include options familiar to Pakistani users such as bank transfers and digital wallets; however, availability is subject to change and is determined solely by the operator's current cashier configuration.

References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this platform are provided as familiar contextual references for Pakistani users only. None of these providers endorse, approve or facilitate gambling, and bat555 makes no such representation. Users must independently verify whether a particular payment method can lawfully be used for gambling transactions in their jurisdiction.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and may vary by payment method. Refer to the live cashier for current limits.
• bat555 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, over which bat555 has no control.
• Deposits made in error or by an ineligible user may be refunded at the operator's discretion, subject to verification.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification, the absence of any outstanding Account review, and confirmation that no active bonus wagering requirements remain on the Account at the time of the request.

7.1 Processing Times

bat555 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing timelines depend on the chosen payment method, your account verification status, the operator's compliance review procedures and the policies of the receiving bank or payment provider. bat555 specifically disclaims any representation of "instant" or "guaranteed same-day" withdrawals.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
• bat555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the live cashier.
• If a deposit was made via a specific method, the corresponding withdrawal may be required to be made via the same method up to the deposited amount.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bat555 platform are subject to the operator's general betting rules and any specific rules applicable to individual sports, events and markets. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the odds and terms presented at the time of placement.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

bat555 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where: (a) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; (b) an error has occurred in the display of odds or market information; (c) the relevant event has already commenced; or (d) the operator suspects any form of manipulation or collusion.

8.2 Void Bets

Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise rendered invalid in accordance with the operator's event-specific rules. Voided bets will have stakes returned to the Account Balance.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Stake limits may be adjusted for individual accounts or markets at the operator's discretion without prior notice.

09 Bonuses & Promotions

bat555 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount), must be completed within the specified validity period. For example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement necessitates PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility arises. All figures provided in promotions are illustrative unless confirmed by the operator.

9.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or transaction. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been met.

9.3 Bonus Abuse

bat555 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using arbitrage strategies to meet wagering requirements; or participating in coordinated wagering that does not reflect genuine play. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bat555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Registering or operating more than one Account
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so constitutes a criminal offence
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or other artificial means to place bets or access platform features
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Match-fixing, manipulating sporting events or any associated market
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches or pricing errors in a manner inconsistent with fair play
• Any form of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime using the bat555 platform
• Allowing or facilitating account access by a minor
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards bat555 staff or other users

11 Account Suspension & Closure

bat555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where the operator reasonably believes that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) the User's activity poses a financial, reputational or regulatory risk to the operator; (c) a legal or regulatory obligation requires such action; or (d) the User has requested self-exclusion.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering or criminal activity is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited in its entirety and the matter referred to relevant law-enforcement authorities.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the bat555 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed subject to any outstanding verification, withdrawal or dispute resolution procedures.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the bat555 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, trademarks and all other intellectual property — is the property of bat555 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from bat555.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services, including but not limited to: losses arising from platform unavailability; losses arising from delays in payment processing; losses arising from third-party payment-provider failures; or betting losses sustained through legitimate platform use.

bat555 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any odds, market information or platform content. Users place bets at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

bat555 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by bat555 includes, but is not limited to, registration information, KYC documentation, payment details, betting and gaming history, device and session data, and communications with support. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and platform improvement.

15 Responsible Gambling

bat555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of player-protection tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. 16 Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the bat555 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

bat555 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use or legally accessible in any particular jurisdiction. Users access the platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The applicability of this and other laws to online/remote gambling may depend on the specific circumstances of each user. This is not legal advice. 17 Amendments to These Terms

bat555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, bat555 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a platform notification.

Your continued use of the bat555 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure via the support team.
